"If you are a resident of Sullivan Hawkins or Scott county, and work on a regular schedule, and have no medical insurance (TennCare, Medicaid, etc) you may apply for medical care. If you do not have dental insurance you may apply for dental care, even if you have medical insurance."

Bring the completed application back to our clinics and receive an appointment to be seen by one of our screeners.

Services provided at FRIENDS IN NEED are by appointment only and are provided for a discount off the normal fees for these services, based on the sliding fee scale percentage for the patient”
